Wags is the man.. got me running better than I thought I ever would have. Listens and creates your program around your schedule and is constantly checking in. 100% recommend to people that have an event coming up and/or just want to get better at running.

He’s amazing. I’ve had Dan for the last 10-12 weeks and I’ve improved massively. Retired NRL player last year and now into the running space for the last 6 months. He’s professional, calling me once a week to check on how my body pulls up. Tells me when to bring the load down or when to increase depending how my body pulls up. Also fits in a suitable program when you’re away on holidays so then you don’t lose your fitness when you’re back from holidays to go up another gear. Highly recommend.
