Tuesday Run
Our Tuesday run has a focus on speed. We achieve this through structured intervals, hill repeats or hilly tempo runs. This session ranges from around 7-8.5km in distance each week and is often the first session we recommend you come along to if you are new to the group.

Thursday Run
Our Thursday session has a focus on longer tempo and endurance efforts. We achieve this through a long individual tempo effort or multiple longer interval efforts. This session ranges from 9-12km in distance and we recommend that you are a fairly confident runner to attend.

Saturday run
Our Saturday run is either an easy recovery run or a long run depending on where we are in the event calendar. Saturdays are always a lower intensity run and inclusive no matter what your running experience or ability. Our Saturday sessions are our most inclusive for new runners.

OUr community
The underground run club began with two mates in the early hours competing to out run each other back in 2019. Since then it has evolved into a thriving run community and a respected and reputable running brand in the Sydney running scene. Throughout those 6 years, the URC has been on 3 days a week, 52 weeks a year and the community has prided itself on the mantra ‘Always on’.
